Carolyn Brooks

Carolyn Brooks has over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. Carolyn began their career in 1983 as a Customer Support Analyst at Wang Laboratories. In 1985, they moved to Unocal as an IT Manager, managing Help Desk, Desktop and Network Support teams. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Staffmark. Carolyn then moved to Computer Horizons Corp in 1999 as a Sr. Recruiter. In 2002, they joined Ajilon Consulting as a Sr. Technical Recruiting Manager. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at both iSpace and Modis as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Resource Development Manager respectively. In 2019, they joined Bank OZK as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist.
