Chakri Savalam

Chakri Savalam has over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Chakri began their career in 2012 as an IT Recruiter at BMS Innolabs, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening resumes, cold calling, emailing, explaining requirement details, compensation negotiation, submitting resumes to BDMs/Account Managers, arranging interviews, reference/background checks, and submitting consultants for suitable requirements. In 2013, they joined Adroit Resources Inc as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, where they handled full life cycle Sales and Recruiting activities for US to include; Posting Positions, Prescreening & Interviewing candidates over phone, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements, closing and offer preparation. Chakri also handled a team of 2 Recruiters from the scratch from their trading to onboarding and making them work. In 2016, they moved to Nisum as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead, where they worked for a global consulting firm headquartered in California. Finally, in 2018, they joined iSpace, Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Chakri Savalam obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Narayana Engineering College in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2010 to 2012. Chakri also attended St.Peter's High School from 2001 to 2002.
