Lokesh Waran

Lokesh Waran has been in the recruitment and staffing industry since 2005. Lokesh began their career as a Technical Support Associate at Tata Business Support Services in 2005. In 2007, they moved to Sai People Solutions as a Staffing Recruiter, where they handled the full life cycle recruiting process. In 2008, they joined Hi Caliber IT Solutions as a Recruiting Manager, where they managed client accounts and led a team of recruiters. Lokesh also followed the complete recruitment life cycle such as analyzing the requirement, searching a candidate according to clients request, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms. Lokesh also worked on GSA schedule & State RFP requirements and supported the proposal writers in getting the right resource for bidding. In 2012, they joined iSpace as a Talent Acquisition.

Lokesh Waran obtained an MBA in HR from ICFAI.
