Ram Vutukuri has worked in various roles in the recruitment industry since 2003. Ram began their career as a Technical Recruiter at VLS Systems Inc in 2003. Ram then moved to Amtex Systems Inc in 2004, and FirstTek Technologies in 2005. In 2007, they returned to Pyramid IT Consulting Inc as a Technical Recruiter. In 2008, they worked as a SAP Recruiter at Intelligroup Inc. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Technical Recruiter at TriCore Solutions, where they were responsible for providing World Class Enterprise Technology Outsourcing and Managed Services solutions, eBusiness Suite Technical and Functional Consulting, Oracle Technology Consulting, Oracle Sales Consulting Services and Strategic Staffing. Since 2015, they have been working as a Manager - Talent Acquisition at iSpace.

Ram Vutukuri's education history includes completing a High School degree from Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer between 1983 and 1993, a B.Com degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 1996 and 1999, and an MCA degree from University of Madras between 1999 and 2002.
