Ramesh Nandyal

Ramesh Nandyal currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at iSpace, Inc., where responsibilities include driving transformative HR initiatives, advising leadership on Talent Acquisition and Retention, and developing a robust Learning & Development ecosystem. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at ACS Solutions, where Ramesh successfully led mergers and cultural transformation, and similar leadership positions at Thryve Digital Health LLP, contributing significantly to workforce growth and implementing key HR initiatives. Ramesh also held a Vice President position at Deloitte India, where prominent efforts included managing performance management processes, and earlier experience includes roles at Sutherland Global Services and Sanmar Group. Ramesh holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from D.G. Vaishnav and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Loyola College in Chennai.
