Marc Stone

Marc Stone is the Project Manager at iSpace Environments. Prior to that, they were the Leasing Manager at AllOver Media from March 2014 to March 2020. In that role, they managed a team of 8-24 employees and was responsible for coordinating the leasing process of venues, from contract signing to installation. Marc also drove the leasing procurement, rent rate, drop percentage, and data integrity inside the leasing department.

Stone was instrumental in rolling out the lead initiative inside of leasing by promoting team leads and separating the department into teams. This increased employee retention and built leaders. Marc also increased on time leasing (have a campaign fully leased 6 business days before install) for contracts that were oversold from 33% in 2017 to 41% in 2018. Lastly, they increased leasing procurement by 8% per hour from 2017 to 2018.

Marc Stone studied public administration at Bellevue University, where they earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree. Marc also holds a B.S. in management from Bellevue University.
