Roger Su

Roger Su is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management within the aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Programs and Operations at ispace-U.S. since June 2025, Roger has previously held senior roles, including Vice President of Programs at World View, Vice President of Operations at BLUE ORIGIN, and Vice President of Operations at Sierra Space. With a solid foundation in operations management established at Sierra Nevada Corporation and further developed at Harris Corporation and L-3 Communications, Roger has a comprehensive background in engineering and manufacturing. Roger holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.
