Dmitri Ivanov

Dmitri Ivanov is a skilled thermal architect at ispace, inc. since May 2019, leading thermal systems engineering for projects such as the Polar Ice Explorer mission and supporting the Lunar Lander development. Previously, Dmitri held various engineering roles including mechanical engineer with the Estonian Navy and spacecraft thermal engineer at Airbus Group, focusing on thermal designs and analysis for the SWARM mission. Experience also includes a position as a spacecraft mechanical/thermal engineer at the European Space Agency, where Dmitri contributed to the Jupiter Icy Moon Explorer mission. Dmitri holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and has completed summer internships at Rio Tinto.
