Masahiro Taeda

Masahiro Taeda is the Payload Group Manager at ispace, inc. since August 2017, where responsibilities include accommodating customer payloads to the ispace lunar lander and proposing technical solutions based on an in-depth understanding of the lunar lander system. Previously, Masahiro served as an Avionics & Electrical Engineer at ispace, focusing on avionics system design and leading architecture and electronics board development for data-handling systems. Prior to joining ispace, Masahiro worked at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries from April 2003 to July 2017 as a Lead Electrical Engineer, gaining extensive experience in avionics and electronics across system integration, component design, and manufacturing. Masahiro holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in physics from The University of Tokyo, obtained in 2003.
