The Childline Support Team at ISPCC provides essential listening, advice, and therapeutic support services to children and young people in distress or facing challenges. The team, led by the Childline Manager and coordinated nationally, includes therapeutic support workers who deliver emotional aid, help develop coping strategies, and advocate for the well-being and rights of children, striving to empower them and enhance their resilience.

The Community Engagement Team at ISPCC is dedicated to fostering connections and building strong relationships within the community to support and empower children and young people. They organize and facilitate programmes and initiatives aimed at enhancing resilience, promoting well-being, and advocating for positive changes that improve the lives of children. Through active participation and outreach, this team ensures that the voices and needs of young people are heard and addressed.
