Lindsey Daniel, PE, is the Head of Global Operational Excellence for Takeda's Biologics Operating Unit, where they focus on fostering a high-performance culture through Lean thinking and continuous improvement. Previously, Lindsey held various roles at Takeda, including Product Operations Program Manager and Head of Process Engineering. They have served as President of the ISPE Boston Area Chapter since 2025 and were a Treasurer and Board member for the ISPE Midwest Chapter from 2019 to 2021.
