Matthew Capelle is a Chemical Engineering student at Villanova University with a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship. In January 2024, Capelle participated in a service-learning project in Madagascar, deploying educational devices and researching climate change impacts on water resources. Capelle is also involved in the Villanova Engineering Entrepreneurship Program as an ambassador, where a project focused on produce sustainability was developed in Panama. Experience includes an internship as a field technician at Amaracon Testing & Inspections and roles as a player in the Villanova Club Lacrosse and vice president of ISPE, promoting academic and social activities. Additionally, Capelle worked as a summer camp counselor and coach, emphasizing safety and skill development in children’s activities.
