Julio B.

Julio B. serves as the VP of Legal Affairs at Ispire since February 2023 and previously held the position of Director of Legal Operations for Final Bell, where innovative solutions for the legal cannabis industry were developed. Julio's background includes roles as a Fall 2017 Extern at Insomniac Events, a Summer Associate at Isaacman, Kaufman & Painter, and a Research Assistant at Southwestern Law School, contributing to legal research and drafting transactional documents. Earlier experience includes positions as a Legal Assistant at Bransfield & Bransfield and a Sales Manager at Fox Theater Pomona, along with various roles in artist relations and royalty research. Julio holds a BS in Music Industry from the University of Southern California and was a Juris Doctor candidate at both DePaul University and Southwestern Law School.
