Michael Chacón

Michael Chacón has extensive experience in contract management and negotiation, with roles at companies like iSpot.tv, Oracle, Microsoft, AT&T, Point.com, and Bank of America. Michael has held positions such as Vice President of Contracts, Director of Contracts, Principal Deal Solutions Manager, and Senior Contracts Specialist, where they demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing licensing solutions, drafting and negotiating software agreements, and providing strategic business advice.

Michael Chacón holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business from the University of Arizona. Michael further pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
