Sumith Sumithran

Sumith Sumithran has a diverse work experience in various companies. Sumith worked at Isprava as the Vice President & Head of HR for Isprava & Lohono. Sumith then joined Branch International as the Head of People, India, where they focused on amplifying the company's people story. Prior to that, Sumith worked at CleverTap as the Director of Human Resources, where they built the HR function from the ground up and achieved significant growth in headcount. Sumith also worked at Fractal Analytics as the Lead of Human Capital and at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as a Regional Human Resource Manager. Sumith's early career includes working at Reliance Communications as a Deputy Manager, where they delivered HR orientation for a profitable division.

Sumith Sumithran completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Christ University, Bangalore in 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued a PGP - Business Management degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Alliance University.
