Andy Cebollero

Andy Cebollero has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Consultant in Human Resources at ManpowerGroup, where they were involved in recruitment, selection, and training processes. Andy also conducted personal and group interviews. In 2017, they served as a Digital Marketing specialist at Fortrust Education Services, managing online marketing actions and conducting informative talks in schools. In 2018, they worked as a Nocturnal Polysomnographic Technician at Quirónsalud. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Consultant in Human Resources at Fnac, where they were responsible for recruitment, training processes, and administration tasks. Currently, they are a Talent Recruiter/Head Hunter at ISPROX, specializing in the selection of IT profiles and responsible for hiring in the Barcelona area.

Andy Cebollero's education history begins in 2012 when they completed a CFGS in Commercial Management and Marketing at Agustí Serra i Fontanet. From 2013 to 2017, Andy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Additionally, they spent a brief period in 2016 studying for a Grado in Psicología at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

In 2017 and 2018, Andy obtained two Master's degrees from ESNECA Business School, with one focusing on Emotional Intelligence and the other on Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). Later, in 2020 and 2021, they pursued a Neuropsychology Diploma specializing in Psychology at the Centre of Excellence in Manchester.

Most recently, in 2022, Andy completed courses in Genetics: The Fundamentals from MITx.
