Andrew Pollard

Andrew Pollard is a seasoned Property Investment Manager with over two decades of experience in the real estate sector. Currently, at ISPT since May 2012, Andrew oversees a portfolio of complex retail assets and a premium office tower in Perth, WA. Previous roles include Regional Property Manager at Woolworths Limited from January 2006 to May 2012, where Andrew was instrumental in expanding the supermarket chain's reach, managing approximately 140 sites, and establishing the Dan Murphy’s brand in Western Australia. Andrew's earlier experience includes property management at Werrett Property Group and Knight Frank Australia, as well as commercial and industrial sales at CBRE. Andrew holds a degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing & Sales and Property Investment from Curtin University.
