Nigel Smith

Nigel Smith is an experienced professional in project and development management with over two decades in the retail and property sectors. Currently serving as Project Director at ISPT since December 2018, Nigel has held pivotal roles at Woolworths Group, including NSW State Property Manager and Regional Development Manager, focusing on inner metro Sydney mixed-use developments. Prior experience includes Managing Director at Marathon Consulting, Development Director for Newmark Capital on a significant shopping centre redevelopment, and various positions within Woolworths Group and Mirvac Limited, where Nigel managed substantial retail projects. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
