Neil Byce is the Secretary-Treasurer for Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc. along with being the Owner of New Ulm Steel & Recycling, Nordic Metals, Lakes Iron and Metal, and CW Metals. Neil graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
