Alan North

Alan North is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asbestos management and compliance, currently serving as the Global Asbestos Manager for Barclays at ISS A/S since November 2023. Previously, Alan held positions at L&Q as Asbestos and Water Compliance Manager and Senior Asbestos Officer from November 2018 to November 2023. At Interserve from April 2014 to November 2018, Alan was the BBC Asbestos Manager, responsible for establishing and managing a new Asbestos Management Team during a transition period. Earlier in the career, Alan worked at Redhill Analysts as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant, overseeing surveys and services for the BBC and the Aldershot Military Garrison site office. Alan holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Plymouth.
