Edyta Bednarczyk

Edyta Bednarczyk currently serves as the Global Head of People Data Management & Analytics at ISS A/S since September 2023. Prior to this role, Edyta held key positions at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as the People Processes & System Lead, and at Nordea, where responsibilities included Head of Analytics and Data, People Services. Edyta's experience also includes significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company as an EMEA Project Manager and Workforce Administration Team Lead, as well as management positions in HR Analytics and Resourcing at Outotec and Microsoft. Edyta's career began at Nokia, where a variety of HR-focused roles were held over several years. Edyta holds a post-graduate degree in HRM from Uniwersytet SWPS and an M.A. in Andragogy from the University of Warsaw.
