John Griffiths

John Griffiths is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as Operations Lead and Food Experience Lead at ISS A/S since December 2021, John drives excellence in food quality and delivery for a large tech campus. Previous roles include General Manager at MILL FARM SPORTS VILLAGE LIMITED and Rowton Hall Country House Hotel and Spa, as well as Operations Manager at QHotels and CITY AND COUNTRY HOTELS LIMITED. John began a career in management as Assistant General Manager at McDonald's, progressing through various positions including Restaurant Manager and Bars Manager at Four Pillars Hotels.
