Lauren Bowen

Lauren Bowen possesses extensive experience in nutrition and dietetics, currently serving as the Head of Patient Catering at ISS Facility Services Healthcare since April 2005. In this role, Lauren oversees the development and implementation of patient catering strategies. Previously, as the Head of Nutrition & Dietetics, Lauren focused on strategic approaches to nutrition delivery and innovation within healthcare catering. Prior experience includes working as a Catering Dietitian at ISS Mediclean Limited from July 2001 to April 2005, where responsibilities included menu planning, recipe development, and collaboration with dietitians at St Mary's Hospital Paddington. Lauren holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, both from the University of Otago.
