Lisa Mitchell-Kastner is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of People & Culture and CHRO for ISS Americas since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa spent over 15 years at AT&T, where positions included Vice President of Global Human Resources, Vice President of AT&T University, and Vice President and General Manager for the Northern Plains, focusing on workforce planning and strategic leadership. Additionally, Lisa held the role of Chief of Staff, overseeing communications, operational reviews, and business planning for a team of 30,000 employees and contractors. Lisa earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
