PhD, Mariusz Zarzycki currently serves as the Digital Workplace Endpoint Management Lead at ISS A/S, responsible for leading global Endpoint Management services and ensuring compliance with security standards for various end-user devices. Previously, Mariusz held the position of Director, Microsoft 365 Technical Services and Products Manager at UBS, overseeing cloud-managed client solutions and service delivery within set performance metrics. Mariusz's extensive experience includes roles as Head of IT Workplace Department at BSH Home Appliances Group, where leadership of a 40-member team focused on Microsoft365 Cloud Workplace adoption, and various positions at PZU Insurance Group that involved enterprise-level Active Directory administration and IT infrastructure coordination. Mariusz has an academic background with a PhD in Information Technology Management from the University of Lodz, complemented by MBA studies and an MSc in Information Technology.
