Phil Whale

Phil Whale has extensive experience in facilities and contract management within the healthcare and facilities services sectors. Currently serving as Contract Manager at ISS Healthcare Services since August 2015, Phil delivers Security and Car Parking services for the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust and has recently taken on the role of Vice Chair for the BPA Special Interest Group for Healthcare. Phil's background includes a long tenure as Facilities Manager for ISS Facility Services A/S, overseeing TFM for Anglian Water Services and managing operations at Carlsberg UK's headquarters. Previously, Phil held leadership roles at OCS and ISS Facility Services UK, delivering comprehensive hotel and catering services at Ipswich Hospital and across multiple acute hospitals. Early career experience includes serving as Security Manager for North East Lincolnshire Council, where Phil significantly increased revenue and managed critical security services. Phil's educational background includes studies at Lindsey High School and Wavell Secondary Modern.
