Rikke Grunnet

Rikke Grunnet has extensive experience in service management, currently serving as the Director of Internal Client Service at Deloitte Danmark since November 2017, while also holding multiple roles at ISS Facility Services A/S since March 2007. Rikke's responsibilities include serving as a Single Point of Contact for Key Account Clients, managing operations for cleaning services across over 500 addresses in Storkøbenhavn and Nordsjælland, overseeing a team of 7 leaders and 200 front-line employees, and handling budgeting and financial reporting. Previous roles include tactical leadership for cleaning services at over 300 locations and serving as an instructor at ISS Facility Services SA de CV. Rikke holds a Bachelor's degree in Servicemanagement from Professionshøjskolen Metropol and has prior education from Københavns Universitet.
