Ronny Pinto

Ronny Pinto is an experienced HR and payroll professional with a strong background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) throughout various leadership roles. Currently serving as Directeur CSP Paie et SIRH at ISS A/S since November 2020, Ronny previously held the position of Group HRIS Officer at Veepee, focusing on HR transformation and digitalization, as well as Workday specialization. Ronny’s extensive experience includes deploying Workday for 6,000 employees at vente-privee, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, talent and performance management, compensation, absences, expenses, human capital management, learning, and payroll. Additional past roles include Chef de projet Paie at Fast Retailing, and multiple managerial positions in payroll at The Phone House, tout compte fait, and H&M.
