Susan Powell

Susan Powell currently serves as the Global Account Excellence Director at ISS A/S, a position held since May 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the ISS Banking Sector Global Knowledge Centre, focusing on driving consistency and best practices across a global customer base. Prior roles within ISS UK Ltd from June 2009 to April 2016 include Head of Commercial and Director of Knowledge & Innovation, where duties involved managing the Global Knowledge Centre for the ISS Global Banking contract and ensuring compliance in various sectors. Additional experience includes roles such as Mobilisation Lead Retail and Account Director for major contracts with Carlsberg UK and Selex Galileo. Susan Powell earned a 2:1 BA Hons degree in International Business from Solent University between 1996 and 1999.
