Tom McDonagh

Tom McDonagh is an experienced professional with a strong background in facility management and service excellence. Since October 2017, Tom has served as the Regional Excellence Director for Western Europe at ISS A/S, and since November 2015, has held the position of Service Excellence Director at ISS Facility Services UK. Prior to these roles, Tom was the Business Change Director at Carillion from March 2015 to November 2015 and held dual positions as Operations and Solutions Director and Business Improvement Director at Carillion Facilities Management between November 2010 and February 2015. Tom's career in the industry began with a role as Operations Director at Vinci Facilities from 2009 to December 2010.
