David Swindle II has over 30 years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance industry, having worked for a variety of manufacturers, distributors, and service providers. Currently, David serves as the Manager of Custodial Training at Facilities Management, UC Davis, and as the Chief Executive Officer of True Cleaning Solutions and Wellness Cleaning. In addition, David holds the position of Associate Director at ISSA Consulting, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and workforce training for cleaning organizations. David is passionate about teaching and has also owned the CleanTek Institute, specializing in training individuals in the cleaning profession.
