Phil Foster

Phil Foster is a seasoned senior executive recognized as a change agent and strategic planner with extensive expertise in large-scale strategic supply chain management, executive development, and human capital management. With a background spanning military operations and commercial construction, they have successfully managed high-impact projects, including the logistical complexities of military campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan. Currently, Phil serves as a Senior Army Instructor at both Iredell-Statesville Schools and Arkadelphia High School Junior ROTC, while previously holding senior managerial roles at Raytheon and the US Army. Phil holds an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and a Master’s in Operations Planning from the US Army War College.
