Anya Yang

Anya Yang serves as the General Counsel at ISSQUARED, Inc. since October 2017, overseeing all legal, contract, corporate governance, compliance, and industry matters in North America. Prior to this role, Anya provided legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, advising boards and C-level executives on complex corporate transactions and governance practices. Anya's legal career began as a Legal Intern at 四川明炬律师事务所, followed by roles as a Trainee Attorney at 四川泰和泰律师事务所 and a Legal Consultant at 四川致高律师事务所. Anya holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
