David Gerson

David Gerson is the Managing Director at Epta Capital Management, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, David was a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP for two decades, where they represented private equity funds and advised corporate boards on fiduciary duties and governance. They also served in various leadership positions within the firm, demonstrating a strong commitment to both legal practice and organizational leadership. In addition to their legal career, David is a board member for Issue One and a Principal at Beechwood Property Holdings, where they manage real estate investments. David earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in American History from the University of Pennsylvania.
