Liana Keesing is currently pursuing both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science at Stanford University while serving as the Policy Lead for Technology Reform at Issue One. Previously, Liana held the role of AI Policy Fellow and Research Assistant at the United States Senate. Liana gained experience as a Research Intern in Hardware Architecture at LIRMM and contributed to various roles at Stanford University, including Lab Coordinator for the lab64 EE Makerspace and Teaching Assistant for multiple courses. Additionally, Liana was a Software Engineer Intern at Leidos and an Operations Assistant for Sally Hudson's campaign. Prior to these positions, Liana worked as a self-employed Electronics Designer and Prototyper from 2019 to 2021.
