Tom Cliffe is a dedicated professional with a passion for creating life-changing opportunities for autistic individuals through training and support services. They founded TRACK NN Limited in 2018, focusing on helping autistic people access employment while also training businesses to foster diverse workforces. With extensive experience in education, Tom has held leadership roles at various institutions, including as Head of Business Studies and Assistant Head for Post 16 at Potterspury Lodge School. Currently, Tom serves as the Head of Training and Development at Issured Limited and continues to direct initiatives at Cafe Track, aiming to increase employment opportunities for those with autism.
