Jochen Kroells

Jochen Kroells is a strategic finance and business leader with extensive experience in consulting, retail, real estate, and energy. They began their career as a Business Analyst at Walmart, where they contributed to revenue optimization and inventory management, before advancing to roles including Controller and Senior Analyst. Jochen later served as Finance Manager and Transaction Manager at Boston Consulting Group, developing teams and managing major projects across Europe. Most recently, Jochen has held leadership positions at Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW and ista, overseeing corporate controlling and improving planning and forecasting processes. Jochen holds a Diplom Kaufmann from Universität Duisburg-Essen and an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
