Julia Gutte is an Agile Coach at ista, having previously served as a Senior Consultant. They accumulated extensive experience in innovations management as a Senior Expert at Deutsche Post und DHL from 2010 to 2020. Julia completed their studies in business management at Stellenbosch University and earned a diploma in economics from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Recently, they have become a Certified Professional of Positive Psychology and are pursuing certification as a Positive Psychology Coach at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Positive Psychologie.
