Tim Kaim

Tim Kaim is a highly experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a strong background in the recruitment of IT professionals for various positions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles. Currently serving at iStaff since January 2018, Tim previously held similar positions at TekStream Solutions and ExecuSource, contributing to the design and development of recruiting initiatives. Tim's career began at DSS, where responsibilities included recruiting and business prospecting, leading to the acquisition of numerous significant accounts. Tim holds an MBA in Management from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics and a BS in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta.
