Jia-Wei DING

Jia-Wei DING has worked at iStaging since 2021, where they are currently the Head of Customer Success. In this role, they have introduced changes to the client on-boarding process that received a client satisfaction score of 97.14%, as well as increased customer retention by 25%. Jia-Wei has also provided report analysis of trends in customer behavior and user experience to give an insight into customer requirements, and manages a team of three customer success specialists. Prior to this, they worked at Thunder Power (TPEV) from 2014-2021, where they held roles as a Product Manager and Automotive Designer.

Jia-Wei DING obtained a Master's Degree in Art and Industrial Design from National Taipei University of Education between 2012 and 2014.
