Our mission is to “innovate the interdisciplinary engineering of trustworthy and resilient systems for reliable critical infrastructures supporting national security”. Within this purpose we focus on intelligent systems, cyber-physical-social aspects of critical infrastructures, operational trust and flexibility, and emerging technologies integration. The iSTAR lab engages with undergraduate, graduate students, and collaborators inside and outside the Texas A&M University system to work on exciting research questions relevant to the lab mission. The lab is directed by Dr. Eman Hammad.
