Heather Tobin

Heather Tobin, EdD, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Integrated Learning and Technology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where leadership in the Integrated Learning and Technology unit involves strategic direction in educational technology, pedagogy, and AI innovation. With a strong background in higher education, Tobin has held various roles including University Lecturer at the University of Colorado Denver, Educational Consultant for ISTE, and Adjunct Faculty at the University of Denver. Previous experience includes positions as Associate Director of Curriculum and Program Development and Senior Instructional Designer at the University of Denver, alongside significant contributions to CCCOnline and Quality Matters. Tobin holds an EdD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver, and additional degrees in Organizational Training and Instructional Design, Higher Education, and Psychology.
