İstinyePark is one of Türkiye’s leading shopping and lifestyle destinations, redefining shopping as a way of life. Across our two locations in Istanbul and Izmir, we bring together world-renowned luxury brands, distinguished local designers, global cuisines, culture and the arts, and modern architecture under one roof.

🏙️ İstinyePark Istanbul has been a pioneer of the modern shopping mall concept in the heart of Sarıyer since 2007. With more than 85,000 sqm of leasable space, over 290 stores, and its distinctive Pazar Yeri concept, it offers a seamless harmony of indoor and outdoor spaces. Its 12-screen cinema featuring IMAX technology and carefully selected restaurants combine entertainment and shopping in one destination. Since its opening, it has received prestigious awards including MAPIC “Shopping Center Developer of the Year” (2008), ICSC Maxi Silver (2009), ICSC “Best Shopping Center in Europe”, AMPD “Shopping Center of the Year”, and FIABCI Prix d’Excellence (2012).

🌊 İstinyePark Izmir has been the Aegean’s new meeting point in Balçova since 2021, with its Gulf view. It stands out with 80,000 sqm of leasable space, more than 280 stores, and a 13,500 sqm luxury avenue with a sky view. Its glass dome and green areas offer the comfort of indoor spaces with the spaciousness of the outdoors. Inspired by Aegean architecture, its Pazar Yeri, 8-screen Culture, Arts and Performance Center, and 161-room Hyatt Regency hotel create a holistic experience. Located at the intersection of ferry, metro, tram, and bus terminal connections, it is one of the city’s most accessible destinations.

A people-centered approach, architectural and aesthetic excellence, sustainability, brand diversity, and an exceptional guest experience are the shared signatures of both our locations.
