iStorm Projects is above all a people adventure!

In a world that is increasingly technological, iStorm Projects puts the focus on the well-being of its Human Capital in every IT project.

Flexibility, training, a career plan thanks to our competence centres, a listening ear, mutual respect and authenticity are the core values underlying the professional deployment of our consultants, both in our office and at the client’s location.

iStorm Projects focusses on 6 expertise areas:

• Project Management
• Software Development
• Next Generation Infrastructure
• Enterprise Architecture
• Cyber Security
• Digital & Analytics

Happy to share our vision with both our consultants and clients:

“Success in an ever-changing world means adaptation by innovating and doing/learning new things.

iStorm Projects is the ideal place to boost consultants’ expertise and meet client’s highest satisfaction level by sharing our values towards success:

1. The Objective: Innovation and Efficiency.
2. The Key: Communication and Knowledge.
3. The Energy: Entrepreneurship and Proactivity.
4. The Magnet: Teamwork and Commitment.
5. The Method: Distributed Leadership and Coordination.

From talent to leadership, from proactivity to entrepreneurial decisions and from collaboration to innovation, iStorm Projects’ answer to a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world relies on teams powered by “genuine people paving the way to digital success” (*)

(*) freely inspired from the Agile best practices for knowledge sharing organizations promoted by Zamora Enciso, R. (2018) in his “Cooplexity Model”: A model of collaboration in complexity for management in times of uncertainty and change.
