James Pearson

James Pearson is the Director and Co-Founder of iSTORM®, a Cyber Security and Data Protection consultancy established in October 2018, specializing in protecting clients from data breaches and reputational damage through governance, risk management, and compliance solutions. Prior to this role, James served as Business Development Manager at IT Governance from November 2012 to October 2018, focusing on GDPR, Penetration Testing, Cyber Resilience, and Information Security. James also held the position of Head of New Business at FGI from July 2005 to October 2012 and worked as a Sales Advisor at deVere and Partners in Caracas and Mexico City between October 2007 and August 2008. James holds an MBA in Leadership & Management from Aston Business School and a Level 7 Senior Leaders Masters Degree Apprenticeship from the Chartered Management Institute, both completed in 2022, along with an educational background from the University of Portsmouth and Alcester Grammar School.
