大河原章広

章広 大河原 is a Senior Strategist in the HR Strategy Planning Department at istyle.inc. They began their career at Nikon in 2009, gaining experience in domestic and international sales before transitioning to the HR department in 2014. After moving to Rakuten in 2017, they contributed to various HR operations and improvements, receiving the Corporate Division's MVP award. They held several managerial roles, including leading HR initiatives in the insurance business, before becoming the Head of Human Resources at GMO Research, where they were promoted to the Global HR and GA Department General Manager. Currently, they are focused on strategic HR planning and development at istyle.
