Chad Parnis

Chad Parnis is an experienced professional in the fields of consulting and real estate investment with a diverse background spanning over two decades. As Co-Owner of Darksaber Consulting since January 2023 and Founder of Samax LLC since January 2005, Chad specializes in procuring parking and storage units, as well as working with building management to enhance broadband fiber services across metropolitan areas in the United States. Previously, Chad served as a Consultant at Bluewave Technologies Group from November 2021 to January 2023 and held the position of Managing Partner at lightmyFIBER from January 2012 to January 2023, where expertise in high-bandwidth fiber optic communications was demonstrated. Additionally, Chad founded and led 4TelecomHelp, a telecommunications consulting group, from its inception in November 1999 until January 2023.
