Jill Plouffe

Jill Plouffe is a seasoned business consultant with extensive experience in the telecommunications and fiber optic industries. Currently employed at Bluewave Technology Group since November 2021, Jill previously served as Managing Partner at LightmyFIBER.com, where expertise was focused on fiber solutions for businesses. As President of 4TelecomHelp, Inc. from its inception in 1999 until 2021, Jill oversaw telecom service offerings and optimized clients' telecom environments. Earlier roles included Account Consultant at Intermedia, Account Executive at CTC Communications, and multiple positions over eight years at AT&T, alongside starting as a sales representative for Nynex. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University, earned in 1986.
