Charlotte Nihal is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in ERP system implementation and management of training resources. Currently serving as a Training Manager at iSync Solutions since September 2012, Charlotte has previously held roles including Training & Development Practitioner at Ignition Group and Corporate Account Manager at Virgin Mobile South Africa. With a solid educational foundation, Charlotte holds an MBA from Regent Business School, as well as degrees from prestigious institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Regenesys.
