Eric A. is a proven leader with over 30 years of experience in organizational transformation and strategic change within national defense organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at IT Cadre, they previously held advisory roles, including Director/Senior Client Advisor at Touchstone Futures, where they guided clients in exploring defense markets. Eric has also held various leadership positions in the US Army and US Space Force, overseeing critical operations and enhancing cybersecurity collaboration between major departments. They earned a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Studies from St. Cloud State University.
